How much does Satova cost?
Satova is free. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or recurring fees.
Where does the price come from?
Satova reads the Bitcoin price from Kraken's public market-data API. No account or API key is required.
Does Satova collect my data?
No. Satova has no accounts and no analytics, collects no personal data, and stores nothing about you. Its only network request is for the Bitcoin price.
Why only Bitcoin and US dollars?
Satova is built to be as simple as possible: one price, always visible, nothing to configure. Support for more coins and currencies may come in future updates.
Is Satova financial advice?
No. Satova displays prices for information only. Prices are approximate and may be delayed, and nothing in the app is financial advice.
How do I quit Satova?
Open the popover and click the small close button in the bottom-right corner. Satova quits right away.
How do I install Satova?
Download Satova from the Mac App Store. After installation it appears in your Applications folder; launch it and it shows up in your menu bar.
